Our goal at Spiffy Pooches™ is for 100% satisfaction.  If there is any issue with your order, please contact us via the questions link within 24 hours, or spiffypooches@gmail.com provide us with all of the information to look up your order to address any concerns you may have.  Customer service staff are available Monday-Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM EST via e mail, e mails sent during that time are generally answered within a few hours.  If for any reason you'd like to return an item, we ask that you return it within 7 days in the same new condition you must contact us first to authorize the return.  We require that all returns include your name full address & order number for speedier processing, shipping & handling charges are not refundable and all order will incur a 20% re-stocking fee, you will receive a e mail with confirmation of your refund.

Wholesale Customers- Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving it, if you should have any problems contact me ASAP.  If you have a damaged item you must let me know then, if you wait there is nothing I will do and  there are no exceptions to this rule!
 
*I do not accept returns for wholesale orders, there are no exceptions.
 
* As of 10/1/11 there will be a $2 handling charge added to all wholesale orders/

 


SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S: Retail Customers orders larger then $50.00 please contact me to arrange shipping for your International Order. 
 
Our shipping cart does not automatically calculate your shipping, it's only a estimated $$ cost, after your order has been paid, your items are packed and weighed, if you owe additional money then what you have previously paid a Pay Pal invoice will be sent, when the invoice has been paid your order will be shipped.
